Job Description

Pulse Middle East is seeking a Brand Image Manager to oversee and maintain the company’s corporate identity, ensuring consistency in branding across all aspects of the business. The role includes managing uniforms, branded materials, digital presence, and marketing collateral to enhance the company’s professional image and industry reputation.   

Role Overview

As a Brand Image Manager at Pulse, you play a pivotal role in shaping how the company is perceived across all touchpoints — from marketing materials and digital presence to client interactions and project delivery. This role blends creative direction, strategic communication, and cross‑departmental coordination to ensure that Pulse’s brand identity is consistently represented and strengthened in every engagement.

You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, design, and leadership teams to develop and maintain a cohesive brand strategy. This includes overseeing visual identity, messaging, content standards, and the overall customer experience. You will ensure that all external and internal communications align with the company’s values, tone, and long‑term brand vision.

During project delivery and client interactions, you will monitor how the brand is represented, gather feedback, and guide teams to maintain a high‑quality, professional image. You will also support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and digital content that reinforce Pulse’s position as a leader in the AV industry.

Success in this role is measured not only by the consistency of brand execution but also by improvements in customer perception, market visibility, and the overall strength of Pulse’s brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve Pulse’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and digital content to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure client‑facing documents reflect the company’s visual and messaging guidelines.
  • Conduct regular reviews of internal and external communications to maintain brand accuracy and quality.
  • Guide teams on proper brand usage, tone of voice and visual standards.
  • Support the marketing team in developing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor customer perception and gather feedback to identify opportunities for brand improvement.
  • Ensure that project delivery, site presence, and client interactions reflect the company’s professionalism and brand values.
  • Maintain brand documentation, style guides, and asset libraries.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams on brand guidelines and communication standards.
  • Work with leadership to align brand strategy with business goals and market positioning.
  • Oversee the creation of case studies, project showcases, and success stories that highlight Pulse’s capabilities.
  • Ensure that all public‑facing content — website, social media, brochures, signage — is up to date and on brand.
  • Support crisis communication and reputation management when required.

Reporting

  • Clear and consistent reporting on brand performance, perception, and campaign outcomes.
  • Completion of brand audits, communication reviews, and improvement reports.
  • Sign‑off on marketing materials, presentations, and client‑facing documents.

Timelines

  • On‑time delivery of brand assets, campaigns, and content updates.
  • Response time for internal brand support requests.
  • Time spent on revisions and approvals.

Quality

  • Customer perception and brand sentiment.
  • Consistency of brand usage across departments.
  • Reduction in off‑brand materials or communication errors.
  • Quality of visual and written content produced.

Effectiveness

  • Engagement metrics across digital platforms.
  • Growth in brand visibility and recognition.
  • Number of successful campaigns or initiatives executed.
  • Accuracy and completeness of brand documentation.

Planning / Task Management / Scheduling

  • Effective coordination with marketing, sales, and design teams.
  • Proper planning of brand initiatives, campaigns, and content calendars.
  • Ensuring all teams have access to updated brand assets and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong understanding of visual identity, messaging, and brand strategy.
  • Familiarity with design tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and influence brand adoption.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Ability to analyse brand performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into compelling brand assets.
  • Experience in the AV or technology industry is an advantage.

Must Have
