Unlike a conventional hospitality project, Billionaire operates as multiple venues within a single environment. Guests experience intimate dining, live performances, DJ sets, visual productions, and immersive entertainment throughout the night.

The technology infrastructure needed to support:

• Fine dining with discreet, high-quality audio

The challenge was to deliver concert-level production values without compromising the elegance and sophistication of the venue's interior design. Every element had to disappear into the architecture when not in use, yet perform to professional entertainment standards when called upon.

Audio Reinforcement

At the heart of Billionaire's entertainment offering is a venue-wide professional audio system designed to provide exceptional clarity, coverage, and impact throughout every area of the space.

The system combines TW AUDiO loudspeakers and subwoofers with Martin Audio distributed loudspeaker systems to create a layered audio environment capable of supporting both subtle dining atmospheres and high-energy performances. The deployment includes TW AUDiO T20i, M12, M8, B14i, B15, B17i, B18 and BSX systems, complemented by Martin Audio CDD and X Series loudspeakers throughout supporting areas.

Behind the scenes, Powersoft Unica and Quattrocanali amplification platforms work alongside a Xilica Solaro DSP architecture, providing advanced processing, routing, and system management across the venue. This approach ensures consistent coverage, powerful low-frequency performance, and precise system control for every operational scenario.

The result is an audio environment capable of delivering intimate speech and background music during dinner service, before scaling effortlessly to support live performers, theatrical productions, and late-night entertainment.

Immersive Visual Experiences

Visual storytelling plays a key role in the Billionaire experience.

A large-format LED display measuring approximately 8.3 metres wide by 3.8 metres high forms the visual centrepiece of the venue, delivering high-resolution content, branding, performance visuals, and immersive entertainment experiences throughout the night. 

To further enhance the visual environment, Pulse ME integrated Panasonic PT-RQ35 4K laser projection systems alongside a motorised Hologauze installation. This combination allows visual content to appear layered within the space, creating unique theatrical moments while preserving sightlines and maintaining the luxury aesthetic of the venue. 

Supporting infrastructure includes media servers, advanced content playback systems, networked video distribution, show cameras, and LED control platforms, enabling the delivery of dynamic visual content across multiple entertainment formats. 

Lighting & Atmosphere

Lighting was designed as an essential part of the guest journey, transforming the venue throughout the evening and supporting each phase of operation.

The installation incorporates a comprehensive package of intelligent lighting fixtures, architectural lighting elements, laser systems, strobes, pixel-mapped effects, and dynamic linear lighting solutions. Featured technologies include Prolights Astrahyb 330, Prolights JetHyb 200, Elation Chorus Line fixtures, Laserworld laser systems, Vision lighting products, and extensive pixel-mapped LED infrastructure.

The lighting design allows the venue to transition effortlessly between elegant dining scenes, dramatic theatrical moments, live performance environments, and vibrant nightclub experiences.

Integrated DMX, Art-Net, and pixel-control networks support highly dynamic programming capabilities while ensuring flexibility for future entertainment concepts and special events. 

Show Control & Automation

One of the most sophisticated aspects of the project is the integration of show-control and automation systems that enable all technical disciplines to operate as a unified platform.

A dedicated control position was created to manage audio, lighting, video playback, and automated show elements. The control environment incorporates grandMA3 control systems, Midas digital audio consoles, Pixilab media servers, dedicated operator workstations, and motion-control infrastructure.

Automated motion systems were integrated to support dynamic show experiences and visual transformations, enabling performance elements to move within the space while maintaining safe and reliable operation. Combined with projection and visual effects systems, these technologies contribute to a highly immersive guest experience.

The result is a venue capable of delivering complex, synchronised productions while remaining intuitive for operators and production teams.

DJ & Performance Infrastructure

Billionaire's entertainment programme demands professional-grade infrastructure capable of supporting international artists, resident performers, and guest DJs.

The venue features a dedicated DJ environment centred around Pioneer CDJ-3000 media players and a Pioneer DJM-A9 mixer, providing a world-class platform for performance and music programming. Dedicated network infrastructure and monitoring systems ensure consistent and reliable operation throughout service. 

Additional production infrastructure includes digital mixing systems, wireless audio systems, monitoring solutions, performance-stage connectivity, and specialised stage rack systems that support both live entertainment and touring performers.

Together, these systems provide the flexibility required to accommodate a diverse entertainment schedule while maintaining the production standards associated with the Billionaire brand.

The completed installation delivers one of the region's most technologically advanced hospitality entertainment environments.
